Refunds & Returns
To return any items you would require an authorization number which can be obtained by simply requesting it via our contact form, alternatively you could also request this by emailing us at email@example.com.
Once you have received your return authorization number please securely package the product along with the authorization number and order number. This will allow us to locate your request easily. Once we have received the product and are satisfied with the reasons we will refund you the full amount minus the postage charge.
All returns and refunds are bond by our return policy found below.
Returns Policy We will not refund or replace any item which has become damaged as a result of neglect or misuse.

Faulty Goods Items which arrive damaged or faulty must be notified in writing within 14 days of receipt. We will replace or refund the damaged goods as required. If we require the item(s) returned, we will pay the cost of the return postage via 1st class post for which you will be required to obtain a proof of postage from the dispatching post office.
Incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods Must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Returning of items is the responsibility of the customer who is liable for the cost of returns. The customer must ensure all reasonable care is taken to ensure the safe return of items and in their original packaging where appropriate. If the item(s) returned come in sealed packs, these must be unopened.
Please note we do not accept returns for food items.
We can not accept responsibility for the safe return of these goods. Therefore it is advisable that a proof of postage is obtained, should the goods fail to reach us, this will aid in any claim you may wish to make with your chosen courier.
Please enclose a copy of your invoice indicating your Returns Reference Number and the items being returned. We will be happy to refund you for the returned items providing they are returned in their original condition, less the original postage charge(s)
