Chocolate melters, made by Martellato in Italy, are offered in various sizes, starting from 0.8L up to 13L and can be with up to 4 separate basins, so you can melt various chocolate types at once. With stainless steel basin and lid they are convenient to use and to clean.
The melters are offered in both analogue and digital versions. The manual thermostat allows to adjust and maintain the chocolate at the desired temperature. Digital versions of the melters improve the experience by allowing to set and maintain the temperature with extreme precision.
